( Total of 24 ) These were all innocent people so the Marine General is on his way over to Iraq to have a serious talk with his troops. Why did the troops kill the innocent people? The Marines saw a few of their friends killed and the Marines had such anger they started killing everyone in sight. I say it's stress. PTSD. From what I understand 7 troops have been arrested.
